Heating Instructions

*Preheat the over to 275 degrees.

All food is already cooked thoroughly. Heat to your desired temperature.

For items in aluminum pans, they may be placed directly in the oven.

DO NOT HEAT any plastic containers in the oven. Place the food in an oven-safe dish.

Check frequently to avoid drying out meats.

ENTREES:

Pulled Pork/Pulled Chicken

-Add a half of inch of water to the pan. Cover w/ lid & heat for 20-30 minutes. Remove foil & stir well. Replace foil & heat an additional 10 minutes or until heated through. Drain water & add BBQ sauce. *BBQ sauce is provided on the side.

Brisket/Corned Beef/Smoked Turkey/Pork Loin/Italian Beef

-Add a half inch of water to the pan. Cover w/ foil on & heat 20-30 minutes. Remove foil & stir well. Replace foil & heat an additional 10 minutes to desired temperature.

Smoked Chicken

-Cover w/ foil & heat for 18-22 minutes.

BBQ Ribs/Rib Tips

-Cover w/ foil & heat for 18-22 minutes.

Chicken Wings/Chicken Strips

-Cover w/ foil & heat for 12-15 minutes. Remove foil & gently rotate wings or strips.

BBQ Sauce

-Heat on stovetop over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until warm throughout.

SIDE DISHES:

Mashed Potatoes

-Leave covered w/ lid. 1/3 Pan- heat for 25 minutes, 1/2 pan- heat for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove foil, stir; bake for 5-10 minutes or until desired temperature. Add milk to desired consistency.

Roasted Vegetables/Corn/Cabbage/Green Beans/Baked Beans/Andouille Sausage Stuffing

-Stir regularly to distribute heat. 1/3 pan- cooked for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. 1/2 pan- cooked for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.

Mac & Cheese

-Add milk to reached desired consistency. 1/3 pan- cooked for 25 minutes or until heated through. 1/2 pan- cooked for 35 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven, remove foil, stir; bake for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

SOUPS & SAUCES:

-Heat on stovetop over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until warm throughout. If needed for thick cream soups, add milk to reach desired consistency.

Breakfast:

-Stir regularly to reach desired temperature.

Par Baked Dinner Rolls

-Place on the pan, bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
