Because of Chuck’s slow-smoked cooking process our meats (chicken, ribs, rib tips, etc.) may have a pink color. This smoke ring is a pit masters sign that his BBQ is perfectly done!! Rest assured our meats are thoroughly cooked. REAL BBQ BABY!
